You know like someone had hair in their hands and used the wall to get it off. Now we get ready to take a shower and really see all the wads of hair on the sides of each shower wall. We didn't really follow up to much on how well they cleaned up these things. Of course I had to call up someone to clean the hair out, then vacuum.
Needless to say we know without a doubt this room was not cleaned. Then we notice there is chunks of something all over the carpet. I'm not talking one or two hairs literally a wad. 2nd disappointment open the shower to find a large wad of hair on the floor. Instead I got a extra large view of the parking lot. I expected the beautiful peaceful view of the rolling hills and goldf course. We got there and checked in, when I got to the room wow was I disappointed at the view. So I needed a real get out of your head get away. My fiancee and I got the corner queen suite thinking we would have a special little get away. It was the worst visits I have had at any hotel.
